Project Background

Intermittent delay/loss of sales orders for high volume commercial manufacturer of perishable product.  This was a direct result of legacy IT systems with poor interoperability.  Additionally, team members were unnecessary double handling data.

Our Process

Mangano IT have delivered an entire IT systems transformation project for Wild Breads.  Migrating from legacy on-premise IT systems to a highly available Citrix deployment operating in Microsoft Azure.  Complete with Microsoft Azure backup and Azure site recovery services to ensure business continuity from alternative geographic locations.  A complete network review was also conducted along with a migration of telephony services to Telstra TIPT.  Finally, all the services above are supported by a managed service agreement delivered by Mangano IT.

Case Outcomes

Reliable and fast access to business systems including sales orders from multiple locations.  Productivity gains from reduced systems downtime and much more efficient data processing.
